Email lists are supplied by real estate agents. We want your flyers to be seen by as many brokers as possible, so send us your list of fellow agents, to ensure they are on our distribution list.
Flyers most commonly advertise new listings, broker opens, open houses, and price changes. Flyers may also advertise businesses associated with real estate such as staging services, photography, financial institutions, and cleaning services. Recruiting flyers will not be distributed.
Open rates depend upon various factors. Our open rates are consistently higher than the industry standard. Upon request, we are happy to provide open rates for your distributed flyer.

Although orders are processed during business hours, e-flyers can be distributed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
