Questions
The number of agents on a distribution list varies daily. Depending upon the area, the number of agents on a distribution list may range from as few as 1,000 to as many as 7,000. Upon request, we are happy to provide the number of agents on a specific distribution list.
We maintain an extensive list of agent emails. Emails are supplied by real estate agents. If you wish to send us your list of fellow agents, we can add them to our distribution list to ensure they receive your flyer. We want your flyer to be seen by as many brokers as possible!
Flyers most commonly advertise new listings, broker opens, open houses, and price changes. Flyers may also advertise businesses associated with real estate such as staging services, photography, financial institutions, and cleaning services. Recruiting flyers will not be distributed.
Open rates depend upon various factors. Our open rates are consistently higher than the industry standard. Upon request, we are happy to provide open rates for your distributed flyer.
